Upon being sent to Kashyyk to kill one of the remaining jedis, Darth Vader encounters a boy who is strong in the force, the son of the jedi he kills. Well we think for a second that Vader behaves merciful but then we see to it that he took him as an apprentice and trained him well so he and the boy can defeat the empire. After Vader’s merciful glances at the boy, the scene fast forwards to future where Darth Vader telling the boy that finally his hatred became his strenght. And starts sending him around for missions, and these missions are not like first jedi training missions who tend to be much similar to running errands, rather than doing some important job.

Now, you play as the boy, therefore you are sent to Nar Shadaa in order to remove a jedi called Kota. You are told that Emperor should not know about your existence, so you should slay rebel and imperial alike. In the cinematic, you get surprised a bit but save it quickly. Well, kota makes a part of nar shadaa fall on to the planet. You two continue fighting while falling down. You finally win, and throw Kota down to the planet. Then you jump off yourself too, because there is your sexy pilot waiting for you right under that. Yes yes, another thing is that odd enough, you have a real sexy pilot. I wonder, since when imperials started to accept women in to their ranks as soldiers? Or pilots? As far as i do recall, there were not even one female officer, soldier, pilot or any sort of member among imperials, either in imperial army or navy. Why, i feel as if these cinematics are meant to be made in hollywood style, why and why they should add love? There might be one reasonable why though, that the boy needed to turn into light side. So, she needed the strongest of good emotions, which is love. I can accept this statement. But not any other! He might have turned to light side with friendship or something like that too? Why they can not make the pilot a nice guy who gets along with our main character real well?

This way or another, our hero gets back stabbed by vader himself, so he, for a moment turns against him. However, Vader successfully manipulates him over again and convinces him to serve him and his cause. Therefore, we get to work for Anakin again. However, this time, Juno, our sexy sexy pilot does not know we are still working for the bad side. When she learns, she goes mad but we manipulate her easily. Then Vader betrays us over again. We get pissed off. We take Juno and head to Death Star. We beat Darth Vader and we beat The Emperor himself! However, just because we are the good boy there, they kill us, not we kill them. And game is over, likely.

How many more Star Wars games are they going to be in the future for gods sake! But bloody hell, this one is really a piece of art. There have been what, at least a hundred different star wars games that were created either just on the star wars film story or based on the film story. But they had Star Wars in common, as in all of them, something about it were passing by. There have been numerous first person shooter games, such as the best ones, called Republic Commando, Clone Wars, Battlefront and Battlefront 2. There are also countless jedi oriented Star Wars games, such as the famous Jedi Knight series. Jedi knight, one, two, outcast, academy. There are role playing star wars games, the Knights of the Old Republic, Sith lords and such. And there is of course Star wars Galaxies, the massive multi player online role playing game. Even now, they are working on a project called the Old Republic. God knows what kind of game it will be, how beautiful and dragging it will be. But now we are to talk about the last game released about Star Wars. Which is Star Wars The Force Unleashed. There are two versions of this game, the normal version or the ultimate sith edition. Depending on the fact that the game looks really alike Jedi Knight series, however more play-station style, we can add the Jedi Knight to the title of the game. But well, the game names grow longer and longer do they not? Look about it, Lucas Arts Star Wars Jedi Knight Two The Force Unleashed Ultimate Sith Edition. Or event that there is, Lucas Arts Star Wars Jedi Knight Two Knights Of the Old Republic Two The Sith Lords. Is this not long and boring to type?

Whatever the circumstances are, there are basically two types of star wars games according to their style of playing. The ones which you play a gunner, and the ones which you play as a jedi. There are of course some games which you can do the both, however, who would use a gun when he or she has a lightsaber? This is, of course, assuming you have the force as your ally. So the gunner games generally focus on the big scale battles such as Battlefront series. In that, you play a random soldier in the field of battle, and the fields include almost any field that the movies did include. Like endor, Hoth, Genosis and such. There are even some maps that you can not see in the movies, such as Rhen Var or Yavin. In these, there are rarely jedis and what jedis are there so rare, they are also extremely powerful, most probably, impossible to kill. This unbalance the point of view of the game makers. Hence this is quite the contrary on what happens in the games you play as jedi. The gunners are your enemies – apart from jedi academy which had a sith enemy since the first mission – and the gunners kick the shit out of your ass. They focus their fire on you and rape you before you can move. Or you may try to defend yourself and your force ends quickly. This really sucks because the game makers should decide either if they are going to exalt jedis or gunners.

Medieval first total war was quite fail in means of graphic. Even the soil looked like a pile of sand with green spices on it. So no one expected any water graphics from that game. Then came rome total war. Which had decent graphics at least, but still, maybe it would be boring to command fleets of those times, since most of the thing was about two ships getting close to each other, their crew jumping on either deck and start fighting. Who wins, that the gods know only. So there were no room for much naval tactics, as there were no actually naval warfare, but melee warfare made on ships, if it makes this naval warfare, so be it. Then came medieval second total war. Most of the people expected naval battles to be able to fought by the player itself, commanding the fleet. However, most disappointing news were that you still could not fight a naval battle on your own. Even that in those times there were ships with guns or at least ballistas or manaogels. End likely after half period of the game time, ship guns, cannons. Even that the graphics were quite cool, and it was by any means, possible to make sea battles. However, still disappointment. At last, maybe the best part of the naval warfare, maybe it was just because it is so, that total war included naval battles this time, in Empire total war. Age of exporation and ships, firing on to each other, with all their cannons, broadsides flashing! There sure must have been naval battling in the game otherwise, the player would no longer stand this ridicule. It was nice and good, realistic. However, Napoleon Total war came, and did shut every mouth by its awesome naval tactics, realism and brilliant graphics.

The reflections, glints, water effects, distortion effect, depth of field, lightnings blooms and dust, smoke, shadows all were awesome! In one word, awesome, splendid, sublime, brilliant, gorgeous, astonishing, stunning and what ever that can be said as the synonyms of these. There are no words to describe how good the naval battles in Napoleon Total War is. The smoke, emerging from the cannons no longer became invisible like a second after firing them, as it were in Empire total war. However, were still visible for quite some minutes, especially longer if the wind is not strong at that time at that particular place of the sea. Furthermore, the ships were suffering a knock back effect when they received broadsides, or too many cannon shots all together. There are even minor knock backs suffered from slight cannon shots. The sails were now getting damaged properly, which means only if either the ships were attacking them or the cannonballs accidentally going through them.

I really have nothing to say how good work total war team made out of the naval battle system in Napoleon total war. It is really worth admiring and every singleplayer who have played any of the previous total war games , and whined about lack of naval battles, should play this game, play a naval battle in it. Select spain’s mighty ship, santissima trinidad and give hell to their enemies!

Probably you all have already bought and played the new total war game, Napoleon Total War. Let us see in what ways it is good and it what ways it is bad. First of all, we have to have a general information and knowledge about past total war games, in order to judge it correctly. To start with, in every progressing total war game, from Medieval first total war to this, Napoleon total war, the graphics were improved. But for Christ’s sake. This one is a real advancement in graphics. I didn’t think empire total war had much better graphics than medieval two total war. Even that it had EXTREMELY more game functions as both in the battle map and especially in campaign map. You were able to go to America, India, all over Europe and plus, the trade locations such as south Africa, straits of Madagascar, Indonesia, and south America.

The concept of Napoleon total war is almost same as Empire Total War, only it is few years later and more about some short period, but in a detailed way. So the units and their abilities are generally alike or the same. Muzzle loading musketeers, line infantries, cannons howitzers, rockets, cavalries and almost all are the same. However, i didn’t know that Empire Total war had this much flaws, or forgotten parts, about its graphics. Well where to start counting it? The cannonballs leave a scar on the earth upon bouncing, a scar that smokes. Furthermore, cannons are, most really, also blow out some flame, together with smoke. The particle effects are much more realistic as in cannonballs hit the ground and scatter the earth in all directions, maybe not killing but hurting anyone around it. This was something that must have been added to empire total war certainly. Because it was like, a soldier could continue walking with cannonballs falling around him in half a meter distance. Furthermore, the smoke which is exerted by the muskets of the line infantries or any other musket, does not disappear easily if there are no rain or wind. So after some time in battle, the air fills up with smoke. You can of course disable this if you do not like it but, it makes the battle extremely realistic. When compared with the various cries and sounds of alarms of men. Well, it sure feels as if you are in that battle itself, and commanding the army.

There are many other graphic advancements in Napoleon Total War, when compared to Empire total War, along with various logical advancements. But you better go and find and realize them yourselves! Who would not get annoyed by someone ruining all the excitement, saying things before? Like, should i be saying that you actually will sooner or later figure that in Napoleon Total War, there is no longer any rout sign? Well of course, i am sorry, i will let you find the flaws in the game! I wish you best of luck, give them hell for me too!

If you are playing Oblivion, and bored of all the important work you have been doing so far throughout the game, and want to do some labouring, hauling and errand running, it is time that you have joined the Fighters guild. I, as i were in level 40 or something, have not been insulted that much, in game of course, when they asked me to check if someone is okay. Bloody hell! What am i? A scope? A messenger? Is this not “fighters” guild, are we not supposed to fight with someone? Or at least with each other if we can not find anyone to fight? But no, we have to go check why some idiot called Maglir have not finished his contract and reported back in. We have to go check if the son of head of the fighters guild is okay. Great, and now we are babysitting. Apart from rare occasions that we fight in Fighters guild quests, we run errands, and most stupid errands they generally are.

There is this, BLackwood Company, whose members are that serpentine race. I can not recall their name. Well they seem to have gaining the upper hand in job hunting. So, at last we got some fight. Even that this is not something epic but merely fighting for our coin, it is FIGHTING and something at least worthy of our name, fighter’s guild. After some time in examination, we can learn nothing about them. Apart from the fact that our retarded “friend” who got his arse saved by us, god knows how many times, got in Blackwood Company instead of fighter’s guild. So to spy about, we decide to join the black wood company either. When we do, the retards expose their most precious secret in the first mission they give to us. Our character and few other black wood company member gathered up in the basement and given something to drink. We later learn that it is something called heist, which gets you high, and extremely high. However, because it is only for that serpentine race, it is dangerous. Well, we get high, then go to some town which is said to be invaded by trolls. Most interestingly the trolls do not attack us. So we attack them anyway, we kill every last of them. Then return to the town. Then we wake up in Fighter’s guild. No, this was certainly not a dream about us joining the Black wood company instead and doing some real work. It was something that we did when high. After that, we passed out because we were not used to the heist plant. Our friends in the fighters guild have found us on the street, lying.

We have their secret exposed and we decide to prevent them from doing this. They start attacking fighters guild members in the open, we kill them all but son of our grandmaster dies. So we mourn, at least she does. – Yes it is a she, the grand master of fighters guild, maybe this is why we have been doing such retarded things all round – After that, we are sent to the Black wood company head quarters to remove their heist stock. We find a heist tree there, burn it, and its done. When we are back, we become the grand master. It is so silly really. The whole thing is about some heist tree and some guys drinking its liquor, then attacking us. Why do we bother?
